Our Story
Since our inception in 2014, BLoFISH has spread the word of equality through our ALL4ALL inspired clothing that embraces everyone, regardless of their race, identity, religion, sexual orientation, or abilities. We also give back. By donating 10% of our sales to charity, we’ve raised thousands of dollars for suicide awareness, Alzheimer’s research, dog rescue organizations, youth shelters, cancer research, and a lot more.
10%
Every month, BLōFISH donates 10% of our sales to our Cause of The Month. We call it Clothing with a Purpose™. Who says you can’t look good and help the world at the same time?
We're All4All
We’re for everybody. Period. That’s what we mean by ALL4ALL. Regardless of race, sexual orientation, identity, religion, or ability, everyone deserves to look good and feel great.
Sourcing
We use sustainable fabrics whenever possible (like rayon made from fast-growing bamboo) and always try to support manufacturing that’s close to home. And since we’re ALL4ALL, ethical manufacturing is a must. We hold our manufacturers to the highest standards of garment manufacturing laws.
Gender Blind
We don’t label people, so why would we do that to our clothes? Our stylish, gender-neutral fashions are super soft and stretchy, which works for everyone, regardless of identity. Check out our sizing page for more information.
A Force For Good
As a Benefit Company, BLōFISH joins companies worldwide who balance purpose and profit as a force for good. As such, we’re required to consider the impact of our choices and decisions on our employees, customers, suppliers, communities and the environment. We’re also in very good company. Ben & Jerry’s, KickStarter, New Belgium Brewing Co., and Patagonia are all part of this growing movement.
Causes
The math is beautifully simple. Every month, BLōFISH donates 10% of all sales to a Cause of the Month. To learn more, check out our blog, videos, and podcasts about each Cause of the Month.
MAVENS, WE'LL GROW TOGETHER
Together we can do great things. BLōFISH launched the Maven program to not only rally as a community about being a force for good, but to also to be better individuals.
How did you get the name BLōFISH?
The name BLōFISH (and the company) was actually conceived on a cruise. While relaxing on the deck, a friend of Logan’s, our founder, started talking about a shirt design that she liked, but couldn’t find in her size. Which then led to a broader discussion about why clothes are divided by men’s and women’s sections at all. A few minutes later, the company concept was born, but it needed a name. That’s when someone threw out the name “BoyFit,” which Logan misheard as “BLōFISH.” Turns out everyone loved it, so that was that.
